← FeaturesBeeBrain Advertising: rank campaigns built on the keywords your listing was written around
Coming soon. Your listing and your ads should chase the same terms. BeeBrain will help you choose tracked keywords, review estimated budgets and approve rank campaigns. Choose managed adjustments or recommendations you apply yourself, with organic rank as the goal.
BeeBrain's rank campaigns will connect listing optimization, advertising and keyword tracking in one workflow. You will review opportunities and estimated costs, choose which keywords to support and approve each campaign's limits. Organic rank is the goal, not a guaranteed result. Every campaign will have a plan for reaching the goal, stalled progress and customer-directed stopping.
What it will do
Campaigns from the keyword plan
BeeBrain will evaluate non-branded keywords that are already in your published listing and tracked. Opportunity scores will consider conversion performance, organic rank, search volume and room to grow. Deeper-ranking, unranked and lower-converting keywords can still appear, with confidence labels and warnings to help you decide. Search Query Performance supplies conversion and share data when your account has access to it; organic rank comes from tracking.
If your account has Search Query Performance
Access to Search Query Performance depends on your account. When BeeBrain can read it, that data feeds the opportunity scores and keyword suggestions. When it can't, the workflow does not stop: you pick eligible tracked keywords yourself and approve the campaign. BeeBrain will tell you the data is missing and will show no opportunity score or keyword recommendation.
Sponsored Products, one keyword, one job
Each rank campaign will use one exact-match keyword in its own Sponsored Products campaign, with one ad group and one advertised ASIN. Fixed bidding and a top-of-search placement modifier will keep the campaign focused on that keyword rather than spreading its budget across a broad keyword list.
You approve the budget
You will review an estimated monthly cost and set a monthly budget for each campaign before it is created. Estimates are not forecasts or promised sales. BeeBrain will pace spend against the approved budget, and any budget increase will require your approval, logged with the date and the reason.
Managed or suggestions
Both modes will create and verify campaigns after you approve setup. Managed will apply ongoing bid and placement adjustments within your approved limits. Suggestions will show the same recommended changes for you to apply in Seller Central. Both will use the same rules; the difference is who applies ongoing changes.
Every campaign has an ending
The target will be organic top five, with a sustained top-ten position accepted as the goal reached. You will then choose to pause, maintain while testing lower bids, or taper the budget while tracking watches the rank. If progress stalls after sustained spend, BeeBrain will pause the campaign and explain what the data shows. You can also stop a campaign yourself.
One place for listing, ads and rank
See the keyword's recorded listing placement and organic rank alongside ad spend and ad sales on a shared timeline. Placement performance and change history will show what changed and why. Rank checks will run twice a week, while ad performance data will refresh daily. Recent ad figures can change as Amazon settles its reporting.
Illustrative example. Costs are estimates, not forecasts, and you approve every budget before a campaign is created.
Checked as bid times one plus the placement modifier, so the limit covers the real click cost, not just the bid.
BeeBrain adjusts bids and placement modifiers inside your ceilings and logs every change.
BeeBrain tells you what to change. You apply it in Seller Central.
How it will work
- 1Optimize and publish a listing so BeeBrain has the keyword plan and tracking baseline.
- 2Review scored opportunities, estimated budgets, confidence labels and warnings, or select eligible keywords manually when your account does not have Search Query Performance access.
- 3Resolve any flagged overlap with existing ads yourself. BeeBrain will recommend the action but will not edit campaigns it did not create.
- 4Pick how ongoing changes are handled: Managed, where BeeBrain adjusts bids within your limits, or Suggestions, where you apply each change yourself. Then set each campaign's monthly budget and the highest cost per click you allow, and confirm to create the campaigns.
- 5BeeBrain builds and verifies the campaigns in your Amazon Ads account.
- 6Review organic rank twice a week alongside daily ad performance. Ongoing adjustments are applied or recommended within approved limits, with every change logged.
- 7Choose how to continue when the goal is reached, review a pause if progress stalls, or stop the campaign yourself.
Who it is for
Sellers who optimize listings and then wonder why nothing moved
Connect your listing work to a focused advertising campaign and follow the keyword's rank alongside spend and sales, rather than assuming a rewrite alone will move its position.
Brands running ads on the wrong keywords
When your conversion rate sits well below competing products, the keywords are often the problem, not the product. Your ad keywords and your listing copy come from the same keyword plan.
Agencies who want listing and ads tied together
One keyword plan, one report, one set of numbers to put in front of the client.
What stays in your hands
- A monthly budget that you choose for each rank campaign BeeBrain creates; BeeBrain manages only those campaigns, never your whole advertising account
- A maximum effective cost per click, checked against the base bid and placement modifier together
- Your approval before any increase to the monthly budget or maximum effective cost per click
- Management limited to campaigns BeeBrain creates, with existing campaigns left in your hands
- A kill switch that pauses all automation in one click
- A full log of every change and every decision
No campaign will be created without your approval. With Managed, changes stay within the authority and limits you approve at setup. With Suggestions, BeeBrain recommends each change but never applies it: you make every adjustment yourself in Seller Central.
Frequently asked questions
When is it launching?+
We are testing it on our own client accounts now. Launch timing, plan availability and advertising pricing will be announced when confirmed. There is nothing to sign up for yet.
Will it replace my PPC manager?+
No. Rank campaigns will focus on supporting organic rank for selected keywords. Your wider campaign strategy, brand defense, retargeting and existing campaigns will remain in your hands.
Do I need to optimize the listing first?+
Yes. Rank campaigns will use non-branded keywords already present in your published listing and tracked by BeeBrain, with a baseline recorded at publish.
Which ad types will it use?+
Sponsored Products, with one exact-match keyword, one ad group and one advertised ASIN per campaign. Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display are outside the rank-campaign scope.
Can I use it without Search Query Performance data?+
Yes. Access to Search Query Performance depends on your account. When BeeBrain can read it, the data powers opportunity scores and keyword recommendations. When it cannot, you choose eligible tracked keywords manually and approve campaigns as usual, and BeeBrain will show no opportunity score or keyword recommendation.
Will BeeBrain change my existing campaigns?+
No. BeeBrain will only manage campaigns it creates. If an existing campaign already covers a keyword, BeeBrain will flag it and recommend an action for you to take before setup, such as adding a negative exact keyword or pausing an existing exact keyword.
How often will rankings and campaign data update?+
Organic rank will be checked twice a week. Ad performance data will refresh daily, with recent figures subject to Amazon's reporting revisions. Campaign adjustments will be evaluated up to three times a week, with conversion-driven decisions based on settled data rather than incomplete recent results.
Are rank improvements guaranteed?+
No. Organic top five will be the target, with a sustained top-ten position accepted as the goal reached, but rank improvement is not guaranteed. Budgets and added-sales figures will be estimates, not forecasts. You will approve the spending limits and remain responsible for ad spend.
