BeeBrain: bulk Amazon listing optimization, with every listing still reviewed by you

Pick up to 25 listings straight from your store, add an optional brief, and BeeBrain researches, rewrites and fills the backend for every ASIN. Each one lands in the same field-by-field review. CSV file upload for larger catalogs, with up to 100 listings per batch, is coming soon.

One ASIN at a time works until the catalog outgrows the person running it. BeeBrain runs the full optimization on a batch: Keyword Intelligence, every written field, backend keywords and product attributes, for each listing you select. Two ways in, one brief for the lot, one credit per listing, and nothing publishes until you approve it.

Two ways to run a batch

Choose from my store

Choose your store and marketplace to see your Seller Central listings with their title, ASIN, SKU and status: New, Optimized or Running. Search by ASIN, SKU or title, or paste a list of ASINs. Tick up to 25 listings to optimize in one batch. No file, no export.

Bulk optimization by file

For larger catalogs, upload a CSV or Excel file with up to 100 ASINs. Download the sample file, fill in the ASIN column and leave the rest to the defaults, or add links to your own product listings and per-row instructions to give BeeBrain more information about each product. BeeBrain verifies the file against Amazon before any credits are used: format, unknown ASINs, duplicates, listings already running and your available balance. Fix anything it flags, then start.

What happens in a batch

Add context for the batch, or for one listing

This step is optional. Custom instructions for the batch apply to every listing in it: tone, keywords to target, claims to avoid. Use Customize on any listing to add its own instructions or a link to your own product listing for more product information. A listing's own instructions replace the shared ones, and each row shows whether it is still running on the shared brief.

Full research and rewrite on every ASIN

Each listing gets its own Keyword Intelligence run: competitor terms, current rank, competition and more, with every keyword labeled Maintain, Push, Grow or Untapped. Title, item highlights, bullets, description, backend keywords and attributes are rewritten around that plan. A batch of 25 is 25 separate optimizations, not one template applied 25 times.

Credits shown before you start

Before you start, you see how many listings are selected, the credits the batch needs and your remaining balance. One credit per listing, the same as a single run. Listings that fail are not charged.

Progress in the Batches tab

Every batch shows its listings with completed, in progress and failed counts. One notification arrives when the whole batch is done. Each result also appears in the Listings tab, marked with how it was started.

Review and publish per listing

Every result opens in the normal review page, current value on the left, suggestion on the right. Edit, switch on the fields you approve, publish. Results can also be downloaded as CSV or Excel.

Edit in the file and send it back

Coming soon: download the batch results as CSV or Excel, make your changes in the file, then upload it again. BeeBrain checks every row against Amazon first. Rows that pass go live, rows that fail are flagged instead of published. That is how a batch of up to 100 listings goes out at once, with the file as your approval.

Who uses it

Brands with a large catalog to work through

Upload a CSV or Excel file with up to 100 ASINs and run the whole back catalog on one brief: the titles that need rewriting, the backend that was never filled and the attributes that never got done. BeeBrain checks the file against Amazon before any credits are used.

Brands with a catalog to bring up to standard

Tick up to 25 listings straight from your store, no file to prepare and no export, and get every SKU onto the same keyword logic and the same brand voice. This is the easier route when you already know which listings need work.

Agencies onboarding a new client

Tick the client’s priority listings, apply the brand brief, and review each rewrite as it completes for client sign-off.

Sellers launching a range

Optimize every new child ASIN together so the range launches consistent, with the backend filled on all of them.

Pricing

Batches are available on paid plans. Two free listings cover two single runs to see the output first. Then Growth is $29 a month for 10 listings and Business is $99 a month for 50, with custom plans for agencies. One credit per listing whether you run it alone or in a batch.

How this differs from editing in a bulk spreadsheet

No spreadsheet to build

Choose from my store reads your catalog directly. You tick listings, you do not build a spreadsheet.

Research on every row

A spreadsheet only changes what you type into it. BeeBrain researches each ASIN and writes from the keyword plan, so a batch of 25 produces 25 different listings.

Verified before it costs anything

Unknown ASINs, duplicates and listings already running are flagged up front, not after the credits are gone.

Approval stays with you

BeeBrain handles the research and the writing. Listings chosen from your store are reviewed and published one at a time, field by field. Coming soon, CSV file upload will let you push a whole batch of up to 100 listings at once after approval.

Frequently asked questions

How many listings can I run in one batch?+

Up to 25 from your store. File uploads will take up to 100 ASINs when available.

Can I run listings from two stores in one batch?+

One store per batch. Switch store and start another batch for the next one.

Do I have to add instructions before starting a batch?+

No. The context step is optional, so a batch can run on BeeBrain's own research alone. We do recommend adding what you know about the product, either for the whole batch or on a single listing: materials, sizes, who it is for, claims to avoid. You can also paste a link to your own product listing from elsewhere online, if that page has more detail. The more information BeeBrain starts with, the better the result.

Does every listing in the batch get the same copy?+

No. Each ASIN gets its own research and rewrite. The batch instructions set tone, keywords to target and claims to avoid; the keywords and copy are specific to each product.

Can I publish the whole batch at once?+

Listings chosen from your store are approved and published one at a time, with field-level approval. Coming soon: download the batch results, edit the file and upload it again. BeeBrain checks every row against Amazon and publishes the rows that pass, so one batch can cover up to 100 listings.

What if some ASINs fail?+

They are not charged. The batch continues with the rest, and failed listings are marked in the Batches tab.

Can I use batches on the free plan?+

No. Batches are available on paid plans only. The two free listings run as single optimizations.
