← SolutionsBeeBrain: Amazon listing optimization software built inside an agency
One workspace for your client accounts, teammates, keyword research, listing copy, approved publishing and rank tracking. Work through large catalogs in batches, with your specialists focused on review and client sign-off rather than moving data between tools.
BeeBrain is Amazon listing optimization software for agencies managing listings across multiple client seller accounts. Every connected account sits in one workspace. Run one ASIN at a time, tick a batch of listings straight from the client’s store, or upload a file for a large catalog. For each ASIN it scores keywords for relevance, current rank and competition, labels them Maintain, Push, Grow or Untapped, then writes the title, item highlights, bullets, description and backend attributes around that plan. Your teammates work from shared credits, review every field, publish only what the client has signed off, and track keyword rankings afterward. Research, copy, review, publishing and tracking stay in one tool, so a catalog of hundreds of listings becomes a repeatable batch workflow rather than hundreds of separate research and copywriting projects. Advertising is coming soon, using the same keyword intelligence as the listing.
Built by an agency, for agency work
BeeBrain is the in-house tool of AMZ Optimized, an Amazon agency managing hundreds of ASINs. We built it because keyword research alone stopped moving rankings, and we opened it up because the same problem is hitting every seller. Every feature runs on our own client accounts first. If it does not move rankings on real ASINs, it does not ship.
How agency work runs in BeeBrain
One workspace, every client account
Connect each client’s seller account through Amazon’s Selling Partner API. All of them appear under Connections, and the account selector at the top of the Optimizations page sets which client you are working in. Every listing and optimization below it follows that selection, so nobody publishes to the wrong brand.
Keyword research done before the copy, for every ASIN
Each product gets its own analysis. BeeBrain scores every keyword for relevance, checks where the ASIN ranks today, weighs how competitive the term is and assigns it an action: Maintain (rank 1 to 10), Push (11 to 50), Grow (51 to 150) or Untapped (151 or deeper, or not ranking). It then rewrites the listing around that keyword plan. Your team sees the full Keyword Intelligence report alongside the copy.
Client brand voice and product facts built in
Add the client’s product page URL, tone requirements, approved claims and any keywords they want considered. BeeBrain folds them into the analysis rather than bolting them on at the end, so the output matches the brief without a second rewrite.
Batches for the client roster, not one ASIN at a time
Two ways to run a client’s catalog in one go. Choose from my store lists the client’s live listings from Seller Central: tick up to 25, search by title or paste ASINs, and start. File upload for larger catalogs is coming soon: BeeBrain will take a CSV or Excel file, verify every row against Amazon before any credits are used and flag duplicates and unknown ASINs. Either way it is one credit per listing, one brief for the batch with per-ASIN instructions where needed, and every result opens in the same field-by-field review. Nothing in a batch publishes without approval.
Backend attributes filled, not skipped
Materials, use cases, audience and other structured fields are completed from what the product actually is. Alexa for Shopping reads these fields when deciding what to recommend, and most client listings arrive with them blank.
Field-by-field review before anything goes live
Current content sits on the left, suggestion on the right, for every field. Edit anything, regenerate the title, bullets or description once per listing credit, and switch on only the fields the client has approved. Nothing else is touched.
Publish straight to Seller Central
Approved fields are submitted through the Selling Partner API. No flat files, no copy-paste between tabs, no overwriting fields the client wanted left alone.
Track the keywords your team published
See which keywords went live with each update, then follow their positions week to week. Your account managers can review ranking movement alongside the Listing History and use that record in client reporting, without rebuilding the timeline from spreadsheets.
Work on client listings as a team
Invite teammates by email to the same workspace. Everyone can optimize, edit, publish approved fields and use keyword tracking from one shared pool of credits. The workspace owner manages billing, Amazon connections and the team, sees teammate credit use, and can check Listing History for who did what and when. Your specialists work together without passing drafts between separate tools.
PPC built on the same keyword intelligence
Give your PPC team the Keyword Intelligence report today, so listing work and campaign planning start from the same keyword opportunities. Coming soon, BeeBrain will run rank campaigns on that same intelligence. You approve the budget, BeeBrain handles the rest.

Who uses BeeBrain on client accounts
Amazon SEO and listing optimization agencies
Replace the research spreadsheet and the copywriting round with one run per ASIN, then put your specialist’s time into review and client sign-off.
Full-service Amazon agencies
Keep listing work moving across a large client roster without adding headcount, and hand the output to your PPC team with the keyword plan already decided.
Multi-brand consultancies and freelancers
Work across separate client accounts with the active brand always visible, and run a repeatable process whether you manage three ASINs or three hundred.
Example workflow
Illustrative example: an account manager selects Client A, enters the ASIN for a reusable water bottle and pastes the client’s product page and tone brief. BeeBrain scores every keyword on relevance, current rank, competition and more, labels each one Maintain, Push, Grow or Untapped, and rebuilds the title, item highlights, bullets, description, backend keywords and attributes around the terms it can realistically win. The account manager opens the Keyword Intelligence report to understand the keyword plan, reviews every field against the brief, sends the side-by-side to the client, switches on the approved fields and publishes. Then selects Client B. For Client B’s 20-SKU range, the account manager ticks all 20 listings from the store, applies the brand brief to all of them, reviews each one as it completes and publishes the approved fields. Research, copy, backend and approved publishing for all 20 listings stay in one workflow, with the account manager focused on review rather than repeating the research and drafting by hand.
Pricing for agencies
Every account starts with two free listings, no credit card. Growth is $29 a month for 10 listings with up to 3 teammates, Business is $99 a month for 50 listings with up to 6 teammates, and the Agency plan is custom: your listing volume, tracking slots and team size, with guided onboarding and dedicated support. Credits reset monthly.

How BeeBrain is different from ChatGPT for agencies
Keyword intelligence, not another prompt to write
ChatGPT can draft from the product information and keywords you supply. BeeBrain researches the ASIN first, scores keyword relevance, current rank and competition, and builds a plan before writing. Your specialists start with the Keyword Intelligence report and a full draft, not a blank chat and a research spreadsheet.
The whole listing in one connected workflow
A general chat tool can help write text, but your team still needs to gather the live listing, check its category requirements, move the draft into Seller Central and track changes separately. BeeBrain brings keyword research, title, item highlights, bullets, description, backend keywords and product attributes together with side-by-side review, approved publishing and rank tracking.
A catalog workflow, not hundreds of separate chats
Select up to 25 listings from a client's store, apply a shared brand brief with per-ASIN instructions where needed, and review each result as it completes. Repeat across the roster to work through hundreds of listings without rebuilding the research and drafting process for each product. Your team's time goes into accuracy, client strategy and sign-off, with fewer manual handoffs between tools.
Built for the team responsible for the client account
BeeBrain was built inside AMZ Optimized for work on real client listings. Teammates share the workspace and credits, the owner manages account connections, and Listing History records who did what and when. Only the fields your team approves are sent to Amazon, so a faster drafting workflow does not remove the review an agency needs.
Security and control
Official Amazon account connections
Each client account connects through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API. Disconnecting an account deletes the stored authorization token.
Control over every published field
Compare every suggestion with the current listing, edit the wording if needed, and switch on only the fields the client has approved. Unselected fields stay unchanged. Client sign-off remains in your usual process; BeeBrain does not replace it with automatic publishing.
Owner control and a record of the team's work
Only the workspace owner manages billing, Amazon connections and teammates. The owner can see teammate credit use and check Listing History for who did what and when. Remove a teammate whenever needed; their completed work stays in the workspace.
Checks built in, final review stays with you
BeeBrain includes compliance checks for field limits and validation rules, but it cannot guarantee every product-specific requirement. Your team confirms factual accuracy, certifications and category requirements before publishing. Amazon may still reject a submission.
Frequently asked questions
Can BeeBrain manage multiple client accounts?+
Yes. Connect each client’s seller account through the Selling Partner API and switch between them with the account selector on the Optimizations page. Every optimization follows the account you have selected.
Can my team work in one BeeBrain account?+
Yes. Invite teammates to one workspace to optimize, edit, publish approved fields and track keywords using shared credits. Growth includes up to 3 teammates, Business up to 6, and Agency has a custom team size. The owner manages billing, Amazon connections and the team, and can see teammate credit use and Listing History.
Does BeeBrain have client approval workflows or white-label reporting?+
Not currently. Review and approval happen inside BeeBrain by your team. Share the side-by-side view with your client, collect sign-off in your usual channel, then switch on the approved fields.
Can we optimize a client’s whole catalog at once?+
Yes. Choose from my store lets you tick up to 25 listings from the client’s connected account. File upload for larger catalogs is coming soon. Each listing uses one credit and lands in the normal review page. Publishing stays per listing, with field-level approval, so nothing goes to Amazon unreviewed.
How do we report results to clients?+
BeeBrain records which keywords went live with an update and tracks their rankings after publication. Pair that with the client’s Seller Central sales and conversion data, and do not attribute movement to copy alone when reviews, pricing, promotions or competitors have also changed.
Is BeeBrain a replacement for an agency?+
No. BeeBrain is software for the research, drafting, review, publishing and tracking part of listing work. Strategy, creative, client sign-off and account management stay with you. Your team runs PPC today; BeeBrain rank campaigns are coming soon.
Can BeeBrain run PPC for our clients?+
Not yet. Your PPC team can use the Keyword Intelligence report for campaign planning today. BeeBrain rank campaigns are coming soon and will use the same keyword intelligence as the listing. You will approve the budget before BeeBrain runs the campaigns.
Is the content guaranteed to comply with Amazon’s rules?+
BeeBrain includes built-in compliance checks for Amazon’s field limits and validation rules, but it cannot guarantee 100% compliance. Requirements vary by product and category, including certifications, safety standards and restricted claims. Your team is responsible for confirming the listing meets all applicable requirements before publishing, and Amazon may still reject a submission.
