BeeBrain: the Amazon listing optimization tool for sellers who do it all themselves

Paste an ASIN. BeeBrain does the keyword research, rewrites every field including the backend, and publishes what you approve to Seller Central. Two listings free, no card.

You are the researcher, the copywriter, the PPC manager and the person who logs into Seller Central at 11pm to fix a title. BeeBrain does the research, writes the copy and publishes it for you. Soon it will run the rank campaigns too, on the same keywords your listing was built around. For each ASIN it scores your keywords on relevance, current rank, competition and more, decides which ones you can realistically win, then rewrites the title, item highlights, bullets, description, backend keywords and product attributes around that plan. You read every field next to your current one, change what you want, and publish the rest in one click.

Built by sellers, used on real accounts

BeeBrain is the in-house tool of AMZ Optimized, an Amazon agency managing hundreds of ASINs. We built it because keyword research alone stopped moving rankings and rewriting listings by hand took hours per ASIN. We opened it to independent sellers because most of them cannot pay an agency to do that work, and should not have to.

What BeeBrain does for your listing

The keyword research you would do, if you had the time

BeeBrain pulls your competitors, checks where your ASIN ranks today for every relevant term, weighs how hard each one is to win and labels it Maintain, Push, Grow or Untapped. The full Keyword Intelligence report sits next to the copy, so you can see why each term is where it is.

Every field, including the ones you have never opened

Title, item highlights, bullets and description, plus backend keywords and the product attributes (material, audience, specific uses and the rest) that most listings leave at “No value”. Alexa for Shopping reads those attributes when it decides what to recommend.

Written to Amazon’s current rules

The 75-character title limit, the 125-character item highlights, the 250-byte backend keywords and the accepted values for your product type are all checked before you see the suggestion.

Your product facts, your tone

Add your product page URL, the claims you want kept and any keywords you want considered. BeeBrain writes from what your product actually is, never from a template.

Read it, change it, approve it

Current value on the left, suggestion on the right, for every field. Edit anything, regenerate the title, bullets or description once per credit, and switch on only the fields you want published.

Publish without leaving the tool

Approved fields go straight to Seller Central through Amazon’s Selling Partner API. No flat files, no pasting between tabs.

See what moved, and why

BeeBrain records which keywords went live with each publish, then follows their positions week to week. When a term climbs or drops, you can tie it back to the edit that caused it instead of guessing whether it was the copy, a competitor or a price change.

Advertising on the same keywords

Your listing and your ads should chase the same terms. BeeBrain's advertising runs on the same Keyword Intelligence that drives your copy, so campaigns target the keywords where you have a real chance to win rather than a raw volume list. You approve the budget, BeeBrain handles the rest.

How it works

  1. 1Connect your Seller Central account.
  2. 2Enter your ASIN, add your product page URL and any instructions.
  3. 3BeeBrain researches your keywords and rewrites every field.
  4. 4Review the copy, backend keywords and attributes next to the current values.
  5. 5Edit what you want, switch on the fields you approve, and publish.
  6. 6Track your keywords and run the next ASIN.

Who this is for

Sellers with a few products and no team

Run one ASIN at a time, review it properly, and move to the next. Two free listings cover your two most important products before you pay anything.

Sellers who have never touched the backend

If your attributes say “No value” and your backend keywords are half empty, this is the quickest fix available to you right now.

Sellers who wrote their listing before the title limit changed

A keyword-stuffed title from 2023 does not fit in 75 characters any more. BeeBrain rebuilds it, and moves what no longer fits into the fields Amazon now reads instead.

Sellers running their own PPC

The Keyword Intelligence report tells you which terms you already rank for and which are within reach. Those are the terms worth bidding on. Run your campaigns from the same list your listing was written around, and stop paying for keywords your listing does not support.

Pricing for solo sellers

Two free listings, no credit card. Then Growth at $29 a month for 10 listings, which is enough to run every product you have and re-optimize the ones that matter each month. Credits reset monthly, no contract.

How BeeBrain is different from ChatGPT

ChatGPT works with the keywords you give it. BeeBrain finds the ones you should be using.

Paste a keyword list into ChatGPT and it writes around that list, whatever its quality. BeeBrain builds the list itself. Keyword Intelligence pulls the terms your competitors rank for, checks where your ASIN sits for each one, weighs how competitive it is and how likely you are to win it, and scores the lot in the background. What comes out is a ranked set of opportunities: the terms worth protecting, the ones within reach, the longer plays and the ones you have never targeted. The copy is written from that plan, not from a list someone typed in. ChatGPT cannot tell a keyword you will win from one you will never rank for, because it is working with whatever you handed it.

ChatGPT knows Amazon from the outside. BeeBrain reads it from the inside.

BeeBrain connects to your Seller Central account and reads the product type schema Amazon assigns to your ASIN: the exact attribute fields that exist for your category, the values Amazon accepts in each, and the limits on every written field. It writes to that schema and validates against it before you see a suggestion, so what you approve is what Amazon accepts. On top of that sits what we learned rewriting hundreds of client listings: that a title ranks on the one phrase you can actually win, not the five you would like to; that the terms sitting just outside the top ten move fastest when the copy is built around them; that a bullet which answers one real shopper question outperforms one that lists six features; and that the attribute fields most sellers leave empty are where the biggest gaps are. ChatGPT has never seen your product type or your category’s rules. It writes a plausible listing and leaves you to find out what Amazon does with it.

ChatGPT stops at the bullets. BeeBrain does the whole listing.

Ask ChatGPT for a listing and you get a title, bullets and a description. BeeBrain writes those plus the item highlights, the backend keywords and every product attribute Amazon has for your product type, filled from your product page. The attributes are among the clearest signals Alexa for Shopping reads when it decides whether to recommend you, and most listings leave them at “No value”.

ChatGPT gives you text in a chat window. BeeBrain publishes it.

Review every field next to your current one, switch on what you approve, and BeeBrain sends it to Seller Central through Amazon’s official API. Run one ASIN or tick 25 from your store. Then it tracks the keywords it placed, week to week, so you can see what moved. With ChatGPT you copy, paste, hope it fits, and never find out whether it worked.

ChatGPT was trained on the internet. BeeBrain was built on client accounts.

Every prompt and rule in BeeBrain was built and refined by an agency managing hundreds of ASINs, and every feature runs on our own client listings before it ships. If it does not move rankings on real products, it does not go live.

Security and control

Your account connects through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API. Disconnecting deletes the stored token. Only the fields you switch on are submitted; everything else stays as it was.
