← SolutionsBeeBrain: Amazon listing optimization for brands with a catalog to keep up with
Run your listings in batches, keep the brand voice consistent across every SKU, publish what your team approves and track what moved. Two listings free, no card.
At three ASINs you can optimize by hand. At thirty you cannot, and at sixty the listings written two years ago are quietly costing you rank while the new ones launch half finished. BeeBrain gives a small team one process for the whole catalog. Tick the listings you want from your store, give the batch one brief, and BeeBrain researches the keywords, rewrites every field and fills the backend attributes for each one. Your team reviews, approves and publishes, then watches the rankings week to week.
Built by an agency that runs catalogs like yours
BeeBrain is the in-house tool of AMZ Optimized, an Amazon agency managing hundreds of ASINs for brands at exactly this stage. We built it because keyword research alone stopped moving rankings and rewriting a 50-SKU catalog by hand took weeks. Every feature runs on our own client accounts before it ships.
How catalog work runs in BeeBrain
Batches, straight from your store
Choose from my store lists your live listings from Seller Central. Tick up to 25, search by title or paste ASINs, and start. One brief applies to the batch, and any SKU that needs its own product link or notes gets its own instructions on top. CSV file upload for larger catalogs is coming soon, with every row checked against Amazon before credits are used.
Keyword Intelligence on every SKU
Each listing gets its own research: competitor terms, where the ASIN ranks today, how competitive each keyword is and how likely you are to win it. Every term is labeled Maintain, Push, Grow or Untapped, and the copy is built around the ones you can realistically move.
Brand voice, held across the range
Add your tone requirements, the claims you want kept and any terms you want considered once, and every listing in the batch follows them. Variations and sister products come out sounding like one brand.
Backend attributes across the whole catalog
Material, audience, specific uses and the rest, filled from your product page and validated against the accepted values for your product type. On most catalogs the older listings have these at “No value” while the new ones are half done. BeeBrain brings them all to the same standard, and Alexa for Shopping reads them when it decides what to recommend.
Review as a team, publish only what you approve
Invite up to six teammates on Business. Everyone works from one pool of credits, Listing History shows who changed what, and every field waits for someone to switch it on before it goes to Seller Central.
Track the catalog, not one listing
BeeBrain records which keywords went live with each publish, then follows their positions twice a week, up to 50 keywords per listing against up to nine competitors. You see which terms moved, by how much, and whether the whole category shifted or your listing did. Alerts go out when a check finds a term outside the top 15 or down ten places.
Advertising on the same keywords
Your listing and your ads should chase the same terms. BeeBrain's advertising runs on the same Keyword Intelligence that drives your copy, so campaigns target the keywords where you have a real chance to win rather than a raw volume list. You approve the budget, BeeBrain handles the rest.
How it works for a brand
- 1Connect your Seller Central account and invite your team.
- 2Tick the listings you want from your store, up to 25 at a time, or upload a CSV file with up to 100 listings.
- 3Add one brief for the batch, plus per-SKU instructions where needed.
- 4BeeBrain researches each ASIN and rewrites every field, backend included.
- 5Review the copy, backend keywords and attributes next to the current values, then switch on what you approve.
- 6Publish, track your keyword rankings, and schedule the next batch.
Who this is for
Brands launching new SKUs every month
Get every launch listing to the same standard on day one, with the keyword plan already decided before the first ad runs.
Brands with a back catalog written before the rules changed
Titles that no longer fit, bullets written for a keyword tool and attributes nobody filled. Run them as a batch and bring the whole range up to date in a day.
Brands with one or two people on Amazon
A founder and an account manager can run a 50-SKU catalog optimization through BeeBrain in a week. The research, the writing and the backend are handled, so the account manager’s time goes on inventory, ads and strategy instead of rewriting bullets.
Brands running their own PPC
The Keyword Intelligence report tells you which terms are within reach for each SKU. Those are the terms worth bidding on, and the same list is the basis for the rank campaigns BeeBrain will soon run for you.
Pricing for growing brands
Two free listings, no credit card. Business is $99 a month for 50 listings with up to six teammates, which covers a full catalog pass plus monthly re-optimization of the SKUs that matter. Credits reset monthly, no contract. Outgrowing 50 a month? Talk to us about a custom plan.

How BeeBrain is different from keyword tools
Helium 10 and Jungle Scout give you the list. BeeBrain decides what to do with it.
Keyword tools stop at volume and a rank tracker. Keyword Intelligence scores each term on your actual chances of winning it and writes the copy from that plan. The research and the writing are one run, so your team starts at review.
Keyword tools never touch the attributes.
None of the mainstream tools write product attributes. BeeBrain pulls every attribute field for your product type, fills it from your product page and validates it before you see it. On a growing catalog this is usually the single biggest gap.
One brief, every SKU, same standard.
Keyword tools work one listing at a time with a different writer each time. BeeBrain runs the batch from one brief, so the whole range reads like one brand.
It publishes, then measures.
Approved fields go to Seller Central through the official API. Tracking starts the day each listing goes live, on the keywords that went live with it, against your competitors. You find out what worked without exporting anything.
Security and control
Your account connects through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API. Disconnecting deletes the stored token. Only the fields your team switches on are submitted; everything else stays as it was. Billing and account connections stay with the owner.
Frequently asked questions
How many listings can we run at once?+
Up to 25 per batch when you tick them from your store. Each listing uses one credit, and you see the total before you confirm. File upload for larger catalogs is coming soon.
Can several people work on the catalog?+
Yes. Business includes up to six teammates on one pool of credits. Listing History shows who did what on every listing.
Does every listing in a batch get the same copy?+
No. Each ASIN gets its own research and its own rewrite. The brief sets tone, claims and preferred terms; the keywords and copy are specific to each product.
Can we publish a whole batch at once?+
When you tick listings from your store, publishing is per listing with field-level approval. Review is fast because every result opens in the same side-by-side view, but nothing is sent to Amazon without someone switching it on. CSV file upload will go further and let you push a whole batch of up to 100 listings at once.
How do we know whether it worked?+
BeeBrain records which keywords went live with each publish and tracks their positions twice a week. The dashboard shows what moved, by how much and whether the category moved with you.
Does BeeBrain handle variations?+
Each child ASIN is optimized as its own listing. Use the shared brief to keep the range consistent and per-SKU instructions for what differs.
Does it work with Vendor Central?+
Not yet. Seller Central accounts only; Vendor Central is coming soon.
Is the content guaranteed to comply with Amazon’s rules?+
BeeBrain includes built-in compliance checks for Amazon’s field limits and validation rules, but it cannot guarantee 100% compliance. Requirements vary by product and category, including certifications, safety standards and restricted claims. Your team is responsible for confirming the listing meets all applicable requirements before publishing.
